Hist-1101 Political Theories I is for the first year history specialization students. This course is aimed to know about political concepts and theories to assess their validity and relevance. After studying political thought, students are able to evaluate political events and policies to understand their consequences and to understand the impact of political decisions on world societies.

The basic purpose of this course are to denote the development of capitalist society in Europe in succession of feudal society, to understand the establishment of the national monarchs in Europe from 11th to 16th centuries, to illustrate the colonial policy and practice of European countries.
Hist-1004 World History 1500-1900 is the elective course for the First Year IR/PS, Geography, English and Philosophy students. The basic purpose of this course are to gain knowledge about the rebirth of thought and culture and the creation of a strong national economy, to know how the European took the lead in the oversea expansion, to substantiate the struggle between European Powers for colonial possession.
